Arriving for your appointment

 

We are very busy and only book out certain amount of time for each appointment, so please make sure you turn up around 10 minutes before for your appointment to avoid not getting the nails you want. We usually have appointments back to back and lateness will make us late for our next client.

 

Cancellations

 

If you are unable to make your appointment, not a problem but please give us 24 hours notice, so we can give your slot to someone, just give us a call on 01933 228590.

Not cancelling your appointment and not showing up for you appointment could incur a £10 no show fee.
